Overview
In the process of animation production, not all the work is character concept design, but also many sheets. Although sheet-making can be boring, it is important to ensure that the animation works smoothly.
What we need to pay attention to in this stage of the exercise is to clarify the purpose of the sheet. These sheets were made to provide a template and specification for when we started animation, so we wanted to make the sheets as clear as possible.
Exercise 1-Turnaround and hand/feet sheet
When drawing the turnaround sheet, it is necessary to use the A pose without any special movements or expressions. In particular, it is necessary to keep feet in the same line without any changes in perspective. And you can add a reference line when drawing. Make sure all the body parts of your character are the same size.
This is my turnaround and hand sheet.

Exercise 2-Character Pose and Expression sheet
As can be seen from the picture below, even when doing the same thing, using different poses will give people different feelings.

In this stage of practice, we can apply the knowledge learned in the acting class to convey different character characteristics by changing the angles of different parts of the body.
This is a sketch of my character pose and expression sheet.

Reflection
When drawing the pose of the character, we should pay more attention to the direction of the flow- the dynamic line of the body. We can properly exaggerate the actions to make the character more dynamic and express emotion.
